Kitchen- Family Room -Bath Rethought

This home had a small pocket sized Kitchen that fit in the area of the glass cabinet wall and a 70"s family room addition. The house had no first floor bath and a small office in the front of the house that was not much more then a hall way to the family room. By adding a steel beam to an exterior wall we were able to expand the kitchen in an addition to the family room. A separate addition was build to house the laundry and mud room and provided access to the rear yard and pool.
