Contemporary Courtyard

This in-town courtyard is located between the Rowhouse and the Carriage House. A recent addition of a full glass wall made this tight space a a critical extension of the house. With dining as the primary focus, having a water feature to soften the city noises and a place to grill were on the client's wishlist. Due to the lack of access, artificial turf was used to provide the feeling of open spaces.
