Historic Landscape for a Historic Home!

The beautiful historic home was recently renovated and doubled in size. The usable portion of the property was located in front of the home with only a drive and garage access behind the home. We removed a circular drive that sat in front of the home. With the addition of a large scale circular partair garden we delivered guests to an entrance that allowed them to fully appreciate the home and the property. The pool houses are built with a basement below and act as a retaining structure to hold up the pool. This property has multiple BPM's that that hold or store 12,000 gallons of stormwater.
