Mediterranean with a contemporary slant

This ground up construction home was a great collaborative project. The builder had clear objectives, the interior designer knew her part and I was responsible for everything from when one the steps off the last tread to the ground. With very strict lot coverage and impervious vs pervious ratios, this project pushed every boundary. With a 5,000 gallon cistern and a driveway system that was 100% pervious, we were able to buildout the project to include all the client's desires.
